Oluwasegun Lawrence Agbekeye – Managing Consultant

Segun is an established professional with extensive experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Financial accounting, Project management, Internal control/audit, Fraud examination, Corporate governance, and Information security. He has been rendering service to both public and private sectors for over three decades. 

He is experienced in providing overall leadership and direction for strategic implementation of a comprehensive programmes of risk based, objective-driven, and value-added internal audit services; fraud examination; accounting & reporting; corporate governance; information security risk management; business management.

Commencing his formal career with Ondo State Ministry of Finance in 1989, he journeyed through the defunct National Bank of Nigeria, Unilever Nigeria Plc, Reliance Telecommunication – ZoomMobile, PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc, PZ Cussons Ghana Ltd, Odu’a Investment Company Ltd and J.C. Owens Global Consulting LLC. 

A graduate of Accounting and member of various professional bodies such as Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, Institute of Internal Auditors, Information System Audit & Control Association (ISACA), Institute of Internal Control, Institute of Risk Management, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Society for Corporate Governance of Nigeria, Institute of Director – Ghana.

He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant-FCA, Certified Forensic Accountant of Nigeria-CFAN, Certified Fraud Examiner-CFE, Certified Internal Control Professional-CICP, Certified Information System Auditor-CISA, Certified Information Security Manager-CISM, Certified COBIT5(Implementer and Assessor), Certified Business Management Professional-CBMP, Certificate in Corporate Governance, Certificate in IFRS, Diploma in Risk Management, Diploma in Project Management.
